Our 1:1 training sessions are designed to assist to athletes of all levels with specific needs outside of the scope of our NEXA Sport Institute squads and programs. We utilise Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Development and Performance Mindset coaching principles to supercharge your overall performance.
While most people will gain the greatest benefit from the environment our squads and programs provide, we understand that some athletes will have more complex needs that can be better addressed in a 1:1 environment. This may be due to limited time availability to fit around school or work, early rehabilitation from injury, addressing chronic injury needs and supporting athletes living with an impairment that requires additional supervision and support.
As part of your induction, you will undertake a comprehensive movement screening with one of our movement specialists to identify the underlying causes that have been limiting your performance and influencing your injury risk. This is the detail that most coaches aren’t even aware they are missing when writing you a program.
Having secured this vital information our coaches can then put together a high performance training program that addresses these areas, building your most resilient body together with supercharging your performance.
